Parents are our most important contacts. We want to create a basis of trust between the Krippe and the parents. This requires openness and transparency on both sides.
We place particular emphasis on the settling-in period. We give parents the opportunity to accompany their child in the group for an extended period, and approach the integration gradually and individually.
A brief exchange of information takes place when the child is dropped off and picked up. Upon request, our group leaders conduct parent consultations regarding the child’s current developmental stage or emerging problems. If necessary, the manager of the Krippe can be involved.
Topics that the groups are working on are announced to the parents through posters, weekly schedules and in personal conversations.
