Manager of Irchelkrippe

Dear Parents

With a passion for children, education, and development

My name is Monica Kehrli, and I live with my 23-year-old daughter in the beautiful Fricktal. My professional journey is characterized by dedication, perseverance, and the deep conviction that every child has a right to a nurturing and loving environment.

Over 15 years ago, I founded Kita Wolkehüsli in Oeschgen and built it up as its operational manager and owner. During this time, I had the privilege of supporting numerous children and families and building a team that collaborates with trust and motivation. I was also able to specifically contribute my expertise to the establishment of an after-school care facility at Chinder Huus in Aarau.

To strengthen my professional foundation, I completed training as a certified systemic-solution-oriented consultant at the Institute for Coaching & Short-Term Consulting in Aarau. Furthermore, I bring leadership experience as a team leader in social and socio-medical institutions at BKE Zurich and am a trained vocational trainer FABE K.

With enthusiasm for early childhood education, a strong sense of leadership, and a solid business background, I am committed to ensuring that every child receives individual support and is strengthened in their development. My professional career is driven by independence, a sense of responsibility, and the conviction that a solution-oriented and appreciative collaboration is the foundation for sustainable success.

After over 15 years of dedicated self-employment, I confidently handed over my nursery to new management to further my professional development. Subsequently, as a childcare specialist in the emergency group at Kinderheim Brugg, I gained valuable experience and was able to compassionately and competently support and strengthen children in particularly challenging life situations.

In April 2025, I took on the wonderful task of leading Irchelkrippe with its kindergarten and after-school care facility as its operational manager. It fills me with pride and joy to create an atmosphere of trust, innovation, and mutual respect together with my team – for children, parents, and staff.

I look forward to contributing to the future of Irchelkrippe with my experience, passion, and continuous willingness to learn, and to further develop the institution together with a dedicated team. Let our enthusiasm for early childhood education inspire you – because every child deserves a good start in life.
