Manager

A pedagogically trained nursery manager with leadership qualities and experience in early childhood education leads the Irchelkrippe. The manager is the first point of contact for parents.

A commercially trained employee is responsible for accounting and administration.

Care Staff

Each children’s group is led by trained professionals. The group leader is supported by a co-educator and two to three trainees. A civilian service worker, who is deployed across all groups, further supports the team.

Our cook provides daily meals for children and staff.

Employees are encouraged and supported through external training. Internally, supervision and practical advice are offered as needed. We place great importance on a positive working environment to avoid frequent staff turnover.
