Collaboration with Parents

Parents are our most important contacts in connection with their child. We want to create a basis of trust between the kindergarten and the parents. This requires openness and transparency on both sides.

We inform parents about special events in the group, staff changes, and daily events. The concerns of the parents are taken seriously and discussed in personal conversations. On the other hand, it is important for us that parents inform us about special events in the family. In this way we can optimally care for the children.

Twice a year, or more often at the request of the parents or the kindergarten team, we conduct parent-teacher consultations on the child’s current development, behaviour in the group, or emerging problems. If necessary, the management of the Irchelkindergarten can be involved.
