Kindergarten Management
The management of the Irchelkindergarten of the StudentInnen-Kinderkrippe cooperative is the responsibility of the daycare manager. This pedagogically trained manager with leadership qualities and experience in the field of young children is the first point of contact for parents.
A commercially trained employee is responsible for accounting and administration.
Care Staff
A kindergarten teacher is responsible for the kindergarten lessons, the after-school care is managed by a trained specialist and supported by a trained co-educator. As the StudentInnen-Kinderkrippe cooperative offers apprenticeships, trainees also work in the kindergarten. With the exception of drop-off and pick-up times, a double presence of the kindergarten team is guaranteed.
If someone from the kindergarten team is absent due to illness or vacation, the Irchelkrippe’s substitute team takes over. This ensures that the kindergarten can operate at all times.
Our cook provides daily meals for children and staff.
The employees are encouraged and supported in external training courses. Internally, they are offered supervision and practical advice as needed. We attach great importance to a good working atmosphere, which avoids frequent staff turnover.
